One of five Contest Halls in Celes, if you win a contest here you earn the Blue Ribbon. The contest here is a Partner Contest. Coordinators will be paired up randomly and must coordinate their appeals together with the winning pair facing off in the battle round for first place.

Stezan is a large coastal city with beautiful beaches and is known for celebrity sightings. The Ranger Union is located at the heart of the city and a Contest Hall can also be found here. Water Pokémon are common in this area.
